A multi award winning chef Olly has a hunger for flavour that can be tasted in every drop of the sauce he cooks up.
His drive for providing the tastiest condiments has propelled him across numerous sectors, developing a well of expertise that has accumulated with sauce development, cooking up a storm in the condiment world.


Kelly trained as a pastry chef and has worked as a head chef before running the WI Cookery School for 7 years. She was a finalist in the 2014 British Cookery School awards, is a regular contributor to the WI Life magazine, and competed in 2018’s ‘Bake of the Professionals’ on Channel 4.
She’s been lucky enough to work with a range of celebrated chefs and is a frequent demonstrator on the food festival circuit so you can be sure she knows her stuff.


Dave’s lifelong passion for all things condiments has lead him to him developing his very own hot sauce line brand Chilli Pepper Perrett.
There’s no one better suited to the job of guiding you through your sauce journey. Whether it be pickles, pestos or pastes, Dave is the man for the job!
